As we impatiently await the arrival of summer, we need to take a few moments to prepare for the hot days ahead and also the prelude to the next winter. As responsible homeowners, we service and maintain our homes, automobiles, furnaces, and for those of us who have them, our air conditioners.
As your full service company, we are offering a preventative maintenance plan. With utility prices rising every day, it is essential that your equipment operate at its optimum. This service will control these rising costs, minimize downtime, and above all maintain safety. Air conditioning clean/checks will be conducted starting late May and early June. Furnace clean/checks to be performed starting September and early October, temperatures and schedules permitting.
